Jim Hart

Jim Hart has been a partner at Williams Kherkher for over a decade. He earned an undergraduate and law degree, graduating with honors, from Texas Tech University School of Law. Additionally, Jim was quarterback and captain of the Red Raiders football team.

Jim has handled hundreds of clients through litigation, mediation and arbitration. He has tried numerous personal injury cases throughout the course of his career, many involving vehicular collisions.

Jim is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern districts. He is a member of the Texas State Bar Association, the Texas Bar Associations, and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Jim and his wife Susan have five daughters.

Jim Doyle

Jim is a longtime litigator and Williams Kherkher associate. Throughout his career, he has successfully represented clients in various types of litigation - including 18-wheeler accidents, asbestos, and defective drugs. Jim is currently involved in Paxil and AMO Contact Lens Solution litigation.

Jim graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Business Administration. He holds a juris doctorate from Oklahoma City University. Jim is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Third, Fifth and Seventh Circuits. He is also licensed in the U.S. District Court, Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern Districts of Texas.

He is a member of the State Bar of Oklahoma, the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
