Over 50% of all fatalities in truck accidents occur from rollovers. The construction design of the cabs in America make it almost impossible for the cab not to flatten on its head if rolled over. The best, and maybe one of the only ways to survive a rollover accident, is to jump out of the cab before the rollover happens.
